COVID-19 Memo to clients

As the situation with Corona Virus (COVID-19) continues to unfold, we want to make sure we are not focused on and making decisions out of fear and hype in the media, but instead on key sources of information like the CDC.  We are continuing to monitor the CDC on a daily basis and will follow any mandates issued through the Federal or State governments.  It is important that Deer Creek Animal Hospital remain a safe workplace with safe work practices as we continue our normal hospital operations.  We will take this one day at a time and make adjustments to our policies as needed. As it stands today, we are operating as we normally would for you and your pets and will continue to do so until further notice.  

Our office is supplied with medical grade disinfectants, hand soap and sanitizer for employees and all others who enter our facility.  Our staff regularly cleans and disinfects surfaces, exam rooms and treatment areas to ensure protection of our clients, patients and themselves.  We are doing everything in our knowledge and power to maintain a healthy work environment and hospital.  

If your pet is in need of a medication refill or a preventative treatment ( flea and tick or heart worm) and you are unable to leave your home, we do offer services for our clients through our online pharmacy
dcanimalhospital.vetsfirstchoice.com , or if it is a medication we carry specifically in house, we are happy to fill your pets prescription and mail it to you permitting our staff can access the post office.
